How secure is my work when uploading via the Internet?
Avonlea Services uses a 128 bit SSL encrypted facility for uploading and downloading sensitive and confidential matter. Also if you wish you can dictate onto memory card or stick and send this to us by registered post or courier.

Are there any binding contracts when using Avonlea Services?
No, you just pay for when you use our services.

How much will it cost?
Avonlea Services charges as are outlined in our current pricelist. Please email or phone us for the latest copy.

Are there any hidden charges?
No there are none.

What happens with regard to errors in transcribing?
We will amend the documents and return them to you free of charge if the errors are ours. Errors in dictation or amendments are charged at our discretion. We have proof readers who spot most errors prior to uploading so the error rate is very low.
